Harp Media Method provides online coaching, educational training, templates, resources, and live group calls designed to teach videographers, media company owners and creative entrepreneurs how to build and scale a video marketing business using client acquisition systems, paid ads, and backend operations.

This is an educational program. We do not provide employment, guaranteed income, or business opportunities.

02No Guarantees

You understand and agree that:

• Your success depends on your effort, implementation, experience, and market conditions
• We do not guarantee income, clients, or business success
• Results vary by individual

03Digital Product & Immediate Access

Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to:

• Live coaching calls
• Templates and resources
• Coaching materials
• Training videos

Because access is granted immediately, all purchases are subject to the Refund Policy outlined separately.

04Intellectual Property

All content, videos, materials, templates, frameworks, and documents are the intellectual property of Harp Media Method.

You may not:

• Resell, copy, or reproduce content
• Distribute materials
• Share login access

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

05Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any member from the program without refund for:

• Sharing proprietary materials
• Abuse of staff
• Harassment of members
• Disruptive behavior

06Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full amount selected at checkout, whether paid in full or on a payment plan. Failure to complete payments may result in collections and removal from the program.

07Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving access to materials is a violation of these terms.

08Limitation of Liability

Harp Media Method is not liable for any business outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the program.
